I am an education professional with significant experience of improving schools in a range of different contexts. I am passionate about making sure that children get the best start in life.
My Story
Following ten years of experience as a successful headteacher in a Wirral primary school, I was employed by Wirral local authority as a senior school advisor. In this role, I worked with numerous schools, helping leaders to review provision and promote systemic improvement. I have been employed as an Ofsted inspector for the last three years. This means that I am fully versed in the process of inspection and extremely well qualified to support leaders in preparing for this.
